The Ottery Group is a full-service CRM firm. The firm was established in 1998 by a group of professionals with expertise in high-quality consulting services in archeology, historic preservation, and the environmental sciences. The firm's cultural resource professionals have considerable experience in Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) as well as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The firm has completed cultural resource studies throughout the United States and Caribbean region, with a primary footprint within the eastern states. Archeology projects have included Phase I Identification Surveys, Phase II Evaluations, and Phase III Data Recovery projects, as well as archeological monitoring, historic research, preparation of research designs and historic contexts, cemetery delineations/removals, and mitigation planning. Historic preservation projects include all aspects of the identification, evaluation, treatment (including innovative strategies), master planning, and the full range of documentation of historic standings structures, landscapes, and other elements of the built environment.
