CRM Day on the Hill

Each year ACRA members come to Washington, D.C. to meet with Members of Congress and federal agency officials to advance the CRM industry’s policy agenda as a part of CRM Day on the Hill. More information on ACRA's 2021 lobby day will be available in early 2021.
