UPDATE: Due to an unexpected change in the presenter's schedule, this session will now be held on March 6 (original date was February 27). If you have registered and can no longer attend on the updated date, please contact us.

Join us on March 6 for the first of a two part series on effective mentoring programs. This session will focus on establishing a successful mentoring program for your organization and/or improving existing programs you may have in place.

The goals of this webinar are to:

  • Facilitate a collaborative discussion on how to design a mentoring program tailored to the group’s professional needs.
  • Explore potential mentoring structures (e.g., by experience, specialty, region, or random pairing).
  • Engage participants in reflecting on what will make the program successful and valuable.
  • Encourage consensus-building and shared ownership of the mentoring initiative.

Note: This webinar will occur on Eastern Time
