Many CRM employees come to their employers with a college education but also a need to “learn while they earn,” through the types of opportunities that can employ them. As such, newer employees may not know how their work fits into a larger picture of compliance, preservation, and research practices, thus limiting their ability to make critical decisions or offer creative leadership. Because every project is different, we need to provide a better understanding of how and why projects are planned and implemented.

The goals of this webinar are to:

  • Help companies review their project lifecycle/project tracking materials and apply them, including establishing standard milestones to help track project from initiation to closeout
  • Help supervisors/team members understand their role in projects to empower their decision making and creativity on a project, and the relationship between individuals and teams
  • Help professors/classrooms understand the types of knowledge that will be valued in a CRM practitioner

Note: This webinar will occur on Eastern Time
