This webinar will allow ACRA members to meet the association’s code of ethics and professional conduct by making them aware of the prevalence of sexual harassment, the ways sexual harassment occurs, and best practices to decrease incidents of harassment. By the conclusion of the webinar, participants will be able to identify what constitutes sexual harassment, identify its prevalence in the field, identify the contexts in which sexual harassment occurs, and its effects on the field, and recognize the importance of creating codes of conduct and reporting mechanisms to ensure individual safety. Participants’ mastery will be assessed during an informal Q&A following the session. Both presenters are members of RPA.
Note: This webinar will occur on Eastern Time
